I have been in the aquatic industry for just under 30 years. Over the course of my career I have had the opportunity to work with many small communities regionally. We have run into a consistent challenge for small communities, they have no resources to build or maintain aquatic facilities.
The aquatic facilities offer huge benefits to these small towns including swim lessons, social interaction, therapy for all ages, rehab for disabled individuals, and many other advantages.
I set a goal a few years back to establish a non-profit supporting small communities worldwide helping them establish and maintain aquatic facilities. Today - I am excited to share with you our initial offering: http://aquaticsempowered.org/. The first localized community to offer a place to share, learn, and network. A digital connection with other municipalities with similar opportunities and challenges related to their aquatic visions and implementations.
Thank you for visiting!
